Each loaf packed full of cubed Parmesan cheese rolled into a mostly white light chewy dough, mixed with salty green manzanilla olives, and seasoned with organic dried rosemary and sage. The volcanoes of golden cheesy lava spilling out on the surface are irresistible if you have a weak spot for these kinds of savory treats. Egg Salad sandwiched between two slices of Parmesan Olive Herb has no rival!
Ingredients: Organic sifted wheat flour, Parmesan cheese, organic whole wheat flour, green olives, sourdough culture, organic rye flour, sea salt, rosemary, sage, organic malted barley flour
(NOTE: In general, all our ingredients are organic. However, for this loaf, neither the olives nor Parmesan cheese are organic)
*all breads contain some rice flour on the crust from dusting boards and baskets, and possibly olive oil from brushing dough boxes.
